Tosetz can provide various wiring / electrode forming processes for electro device such as Cu, Ni, Magnetic alloys, and solder plating on substrate such as wafer, resins, glass, and ceramics.
In addition, Tosetz supports trial demo production including wet processes such as etching and resist stripping, and modification of existing equipment made by other manufacturers.
